i3 PRECISION PATHWAYS™
Full-day, in-house courses for leaders in regulated, high-stakes environments. Each pathway focuses on one recurring leadership tension, and every course stands alone.
WHY İ3 LEADERSHIP IS DIEFERENT
Most leaders know what good leadership looks like. The difficulty comes when demands compete, emotions rise and the consequences feel significant. Pressure narrows what leaders notice long before it changes what they do. Every course is built around practice. Leaders work with realistic pressure moments drawn from settings like their own, notice how their perception and behaviour shift, and practise the alternative.

Each tension points to the pathway designed to address it. Most organisations recognise more than one.
Decisions are deferred while leaders wait for a certainty that never arrives Everything feels urgent, and priorities blur under competing demands
Important things go unsaid, or are said too late to help
Difficult conversations either go quiet or become heated
Trust has taken a hit, and it is showing in how the team works
You are recovering from a difficult inspection or external review
Teams look engaged on the surface, but resistance sits underneath
Capable leaders are present but stretched thin
Senior leaders are carrying work that should sit elsewhere
You want to protect your most able people from burning out
THE FOUR PATHWAYS
Every course is a full day and stands alone. The brochure sets out each course in full.
Make the call under pressure, with reasoning that holds.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR BACK AT WORK
Decisions taken at the right level and at the right time, fewer escalated unnecessarily, and leaders who can explain the reasoning behind a call.
THE COURSES
Hold the room, speak the truth, keep the trust.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR BACK AT WORK
Concerns raised earlier, performance issues addressed directly rather than left to drift, and difficult conversations that stay respectful without losing their point.
THE COURSES
Rebuild trust. Regain traction. Reconnect your team.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR BACK AT WORK
More people contributing in meetings, problems surfaced earlier, and leaders responding to resistance with curiosity before pressure.
THE COURSES
Capacity by design, not by overextension.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR BACK AT WORK
Work delegated with clearer expectations, leaders protecting time for what only they can do, and fewer signs of capable people running on empty.
THE COURSES
DELIVERY
A conversation with the commissioning lead about the leadership challenge, the participant group, the changes in behaviour you want to see, and who will support leaders in applying them afterwards. Each participant brings one current leadership situation connected to the course.
Scenarios reflect your setting rather than generic leadership situations. Leaders practise, examine their own assumptions and apply what they learn to the situation they brought.
Each leader leaves with one specific commitment and the tools from the day. Two to three weeks later, a short reflection invites them to look at what they tried and what happened. You then receive a one-page Learning and Application Summary: themes and early, self-reported application, never individual detail.
A shared commitment. When commissioning a course, organisations agree that each participant will complete the short reflection. You will know who has completed it; what individuals write stays confidential.
WORKING TOGETHER
Every course stands alone, with no prerequisites. A Precision Pathway can also be a first step towards the full i3 Leadership Programme®.
To address a specific and current need.
Three courses, or four for Trust and Traction, usually spaced four to six weeks apart.
Courses drawn from different pathways.
Shaped around your organisation’s context.
Start with the tension you are seeing. If one of these pathways reflects what is happening in your organisation, let’s talk about your leaders and what you want to be different.
