EXECUTIVE COACHING

Coaching for senior leaders working under pressure and scrutiny

One-to-one coaching for leaders in high-stakes, regulated roles. Sessions are confidential and built around the decisions and pressures in front of you, so the work stays practical and specific to your role.

What leaders bring

Most leaders arrive with something specific: a decision with no good option, a team where trust has thinned, or a step up into a role where the scrutiny is heavier and the room to think is smaller. Underneath it there is often a quieter question about whether they are still leading in the way they intend to.

What the coaching works on

The coaching draws on five i3 Core Leadership Principles: Clarity, Disciplined Leadership, Integrity, Sound Judgement and Summoned Courage. They provide useful lenses for examining what is happening, what the situation requires and how you want to respond.

Clarity

We seek to see the situation as it is, not simply as it first appears. We question our assumptions, notice what we may be missing and remain open to a different view.

Disciplined Leadership

We resist the pull to react. We create enough space to think, focus on what matters and act with intention.

Integrity

We know what we stand for and what we will not trade away. Our values and standards remain visible in the choices we make.

Sound
Judgement

We make choices when there is no perfect answer. We weigh what matters, test our options and take responsibility for the choice we make.

Summoned Courage

We act on what we judge to be right, even when doing so brings uncertainty, resistance or risk. Summoned courage turns what we know and value into action.

How coaching works

Coaching is one-to-one with Julie, online or in person, and confidential. Each engagement begins by agreeing what you want to be different and how you will both recognise the change as it happens.
